You can view and pay bills as well as manage your products and services using My TELUS. Below is a list of account management options:

Billing:

  • Pay your bill
  • View your bill online
  • Set up pre-authorized payments
  • Set up e.Bill
  • Download and view past bills

Mobility Usage:

  • View current and past data usage
  • View long distance and roaming usage
  • Set up/manage data notifications and blocks

Plans & Add-ons:

  • View and change rate plans
  • Add or remove add-ons
  • Reset voicemail password
  • Add Travel options

Device:

  • Check device balance
  • Change phone number
  • Report lost/stolen phone
  • Track repairs

Profile:

  • Change account PIN
  • Chance My TELUS password
  • Attach additional billing accounts to your log in profile

Register on My TELUS

To register, you will need your phone number or account number as it appears on your bill. Once you have that information, create your profile on My TELUS by following the instructions provided.
