After subscribing to select streaming services through TELUS, you will get an activation email from the streaming provider (Netflix, etc.) asking if you are an existing subscriber and if you would like to transfer your membership.
Existing Subscriber: you will be able to link your existing account so you don’t lose your watch history, profiles or account details. Once your account is linked, your billing will be transferred to TELUS.
New Subscriber: if you don’t already have an account, you can create a new one which will be billed directly through TELUS.
Theme Packs and Premiums are customizable entertainment options within your Live TV package that allow you to tailor it to your unique viewing preferences.
Theme Packs are groups of related channels or streaming services, like sports, news, or lifestyle, bundled together. You can select the ones that match your interests, such as adding sports channels if you’re a fan or lifestyle channels for cooking shows.
Premiums include top streaming services like Netflix or Disney+, as well as exclusive or international channel packs. You can choose one Premium as part of your package, and even add more for an additional charge.
