Full-Time Sales Representative | Smartcell Communications

Location: Tecumseh, ON (TELUS & Koodo Authorized Dealer)

Smartcell Communications, Ontario’s largest TELUS/Koodo dealer, is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Tecumseh team. For over 20 years, we’ve been the bridge between our customers and Canada’s fastest 5G network. We don’t just sell phones; we provide the solutions that keep our community connected.

The Role: More Than Just Sales

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the face of our brand. You’ll help individuals and business owners navigate the world of mobility, high-speed internet, smart home security, and streaming services.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Customer Engagement: Turn “just looking” into long-term loyalty by providing world-class service.
  • Growth Mindset: Proactively identify leads and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to your client base.
  • Product Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest TELUS and Koodo innovations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with a high-energy team to smash monthly goals and support local initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table
