Sales Support Administrator

SmartCell Communications (Canada’s premier TELUS Business Store) is looking for an energetic and organized individual to fulfill a Sales Support Administrator Role in our Ottawa location. This is an opportunity for the right individuals wanting to be a part of an energetic and fun team while learning and growing in a fast-paced industry.

For this position, you will be required to:

  • Process client wireless orders (activations, renewals and accessory sales)
  • Interact with our clients by phone and in person with order inquiries while working alongside our experienced staff
  • Assist with sales administration duties within the office
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

Service Manager Responsibilities and Duties

· Front-line tech support for device issues and breaks

· Troubleshooting and problem-solving device/user issues including offering solutions and workarounds

· Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution

· Follow proper service procedures, policies and standards

· Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered

· Multitasking across systems and applications

· Analyze and resolve a variety of technical issues and supporting users of smartphones and tablets
