This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success Representative located in Newmarket, ON. The CSR will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, vendor relationships, and providing excellent customer service. You will work as part of a team to sell a range of wireless products and services from TELUS and Koodo including mobility, internet, security, streaming, TV, accessories and more.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in a sales-related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Are you a people person with a passion for tech? SmartCell Communications, the largest TELUS/Koodo Authorized Dealer in Ontario, is looking for a motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team in Leamington. For over 20 years, we’ve been connecting customers with Canada’s best 5G network and award-winning customer service.
As a Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines, helping people find smart solutions for their lives and businesses. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to sell a wide range of products and services, including mobility, internet, security, streaming, and more.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with customers: Build rapport and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Manage accounts: Foster long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support.
- Drive sales: Use your communication and negotiation skills to sell a variety of wireless products and services from TELUS and Koodo.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your team and other departments to meet sales goals and support company initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A knack for inside sales, lead generation, and account management.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a definite plus.
