Terms and conditions

1. Limited time offer valid for new TELUS Secure Business customers. Eligible services include the following monitoring contract packages: Monitor (reg. $38/mo), Protect (reg. $48/mo), and Control (reg. $68/mo). Offer subject to change or end without notice. Customers meeting eligibility requirements will receive a monthly bill credit for the first 6 months to offset monthly security service charges. The monthly bill credit will commence on the billing cycle following installation. To receive the 6 months at $0 offer as well as an additional $10 off the monthly bill, a customer must purchase TELUS Secure Business in addition to one (1) or more TELUS business products, which include: a new or existing Office Phone, Office Internet, Business Connect, Cloud Applications, or a wireless 2/3Yr mobility plan (excluding Koodo and Public Mobile). Customers who bundle TELUS Secure Business with two (2) or more of the previously stated TELUS business products will receive $20 off their monthly bill and pay: $18/mo for the Monitor plan, $28/mo for the Protect plan, $48/mo for the Control plan. New TELUS Secure Business customers who purchase TELUS Secure Business but do not bundle with TELUS business products are eligible to receive a monthly bill credit for the first 3 months to offset monthly security service charges. Installation fee ($199 value) will be waived if the customer signs a 36 month contract. Prices may vary by market. Any add-ons will be an extra cost. Customers who sign a 36 month contract for a TELUS Secure Business Control package receive 2 motion sensors valued at $70 each, 3 door/window contacts at $30 each, 1 stream video recorder (1TB) valued at $365, 1 panel at $495 and the choice of up to 3 indoor or outdoor video cameras valued up to $280 each. Equipment is TELUS-owned. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be payable by the customer and will be charged to the customer’s account. Includes Quality Service Plan (QSP). QSP is the Extended Limited Warranty. Limit of one offer per new TELUS Secure Business customer contract. Applicable taxes and fees are extra. Cancellation charges apply for early termination. Additional charges may apply in areas that require guard response service for municipal alarm verification.
