My TELUS and Outage Updates

Introducing the new TELUS outage site


The TELUS Outage site allows mobility customers to view status updates for current outages and major service degradation in their area.

You can now find this information at the convenience of your computer, tablet and smartphone. This tool will show details and updates of the service outage, such as:

  • More customer affecting outages will be posted as they occur
  • Outage info is now also available in French
  • Customer access at Telus.com/outages and log into My TELUS
  • Details of outage will be provided
  • Cause of outage (if known or applicable)
  • Situation updates
  • Estimated time of resolution
  • Where you can go for further information or support, if necessary
