As of July 11th, current business customers are eligible to refer up to 5 small businesses to TELUS Business.

Step | I am an existing TELUS Small Business Customer (For the Referrer) |
1 | Current TELUS Small Business customer learns about the offer through TELUS Business communications (email, banner (TELUS My Account). |
2 | On the referral submission form, the current TELUS Small Business customer enters the individuals name, business name and email of the business they want to share the offer with. Only verified TELUS customers will be able to provide referrals. |
3 | The current TELUS Small Business customer will receive a confirmation email once the new TELUS Small Business customer (“Referee”) has activated on a select 2-year TELUS Small Business voice and data plan. |
4 | TELUS will apply the one time bill credit to the existing TELUS Small Business (“Referrer”) bill within 3-4 weeks after the (“Referee”) has activated on a select 2-year TELUS Small Business voice and data plan. |
Step | I am a new TELUS Business customer and was referred by a current TELUS Business Customer (For the Referee) |
1 | The new TELUS Small Business customer (“Referee”) will receive a referral email from the existing TELUS Small Business customer (“Referrer”). The new TELUS Small Business customer must unlock the mobility offer in the email to get the program code and unique validation code. |
2 | Activate a select 2-year TELUS Small Business voice and data plan. |
3 | Once the activation is complete, TELUS will apply the credit on the Referee’s next bill. |
